Never underestimate the regular annual check-up of gas facilities, required by law. Book a check-up out of the heating season from April to August and save money.

Authorized service

We provide authorized service with a team of over 20 service technicians throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Commissioning

Commissioning must be carried out by an authorized technician in accordance with regulations.

Inspections

Regular annual service intervals must be observed for the warranty period to stay valid.

Warranty periods

The beginning of the warranty period is determined by the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions. It usually starts on the day of sale or on the day of commissioning.

Standard

2 years

Standard warranty on Lersen equipment in compliance with the General Terms and Conditions of Business and Service.

Extended

5 years

On Lersen CZ equipment marked ECO, provided that commissioning and regular annual inspection are carried out by a Lersen authorized service technician.

Extended

7 years

On Lersen CZ equipment marked TOP, provided that commissioning and regular annual inspection are carried out by a Lersen authorized service technician.

PWarranty extension

The warranty can be extended by a regular annual service contract. If you are interested, contact your regional sales representative.
